The Stony Brook Housing Development Corporation (SBHDC), in partnership with Stony Brook University, invites qualified development teams to submit Statements of Qualifications for a public-private partnership for a mixed-use residential development, supporting energy infrastructure and related amenities.
A non-mandatory, informational pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, February 2, 2026, to provide an overview of the RFQ and to address procedural and clarifying questions.
Respondents wishing to participate in the pre-bid conference must request the meeting link by email. To receive the conference access information, interested parties shall submit an email request to procurement@sbhdc.org. Meeting access details will be provided in response to such requests.

The RFQ Conformed Set consolidates all previously issued addenda into a single, integrated document for ease of reference.
The Redline Version is provided for convenience to illustrate how the previously issued addenda have been incorporated into the RFQ.
This set does not introduce new revisions beyond those already published through formal addenda.
The original RFQ and issued addenda remain the controlling procurement documents.
